Three steps.
There is no fourth step. That is the entire product, and the rest of this page is just detail about those three.

Upload
Drop your PDF.
The document you already have is the document you send. There is no conversion step, no template to fill in first, and nothing to rebuild inside somebody else's editor.
Drag it onto the page or pick it from your machine. e-Tanzz reads the page count and shows you exactly what your recipient will see, so you can check it before anyone else does.
PDFs up to 25 MB. The file you upload is stored unchanged, and stays that way.

Send
Tell us who signs it.
An email address, a name, and a line explaining what it is if you want one. Add more than one signer and each gets their own link — one person's link never works for anybody else.
You can prepare a document and hold it. The link exists from the moment you create it, so you can open it yourself and check what the other side will see, then send it as a separate, deliberate act.
Resending never changes the link, so the copy already sitting in their inbox keeps working.

Done
They sign. You get the PDF.
The signature is burned into the document, so what comes back to you is a real PDF that opens anywhere, forever — not a database row that only means something inside our app.
You are emailed the moment it is signed, and so is the person who signed it. They get their own copy, because somebody who signs a contract and receives nothing has no record that they did.
The original is kept beside the signed copy, exactly as it was sent.
What the other
person sees
This is the part most e-signature tools never show you, and the reason people put off sending contracts. Your client does not create an account, does not install anything, and does not get asked to start a free trial.
